In a world of factory farming and industrial shortcuts, we chose the forest. Our ghee comes exclusively from the indigenous Kapila Red Cow, a breed revered in Ayurveda for its medicinal A2 milk. We don’t view our cows as livestock; we serve them as family.
Grazing freely on Ashwagandha, Amruthaballi, and wild herbs in the deep forests of Kanakapura, our cows produce milk rich in natural healing properties. Hand-churned using the ancient Bilona method over a slow wood fire, this isn’t just food—it is the purest form of liquid gold.

Most ghee today is just 'butter oil.' Ours is a medicinal elixir, crafted according to the 3,000-year-old Charaka Samhita texts.
THE BILONA METHOD: We boil raw A2 milk over firewood, culture it into curd in earthen pots, and hand-churn it at dawn. We never use cream separators. This slow process retains 100% of the nutrients.
