The Bilona Process: We do not use cream separators. We respect the tradition.

  1. Boiling: The raw A2 milk is boiled in earthen pots over a slow wood fire.

  2. Curdling: The milk is naturally set into curd overnight.

  3. Churning: The curd is hand-churned with a wooden bilona to extract the Makkhan (butter).

  4. Heating: The butter is slowly melted to remove moisture, leaving behind pure, golden ghee.
