Boiling: The raw A2 milk is boiled in earthen pots over a slow wood fire.

Curdling: The milk is naturally set into curd overnight.

Churning: The curd is hand-churned with a wooden bilona to extract the Makkhan (butter).

Heating: The butter is slowly melted to remove moisture, leaving behind pure, golden ghee.
